After the contract has been processed in full, your data is blocked and then deleted after the expiration of tax and commercial law provisions, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data.

Google uses DoubleClick DART cookies

Users can deactivate the use of DART cookies by requesting the data protection provisions of Google’s advertising and content networks.

When this is done, none of the user’s direct personal data is stored, only the IP address. This information is intended to help us recognise you automatically on your next visit to our website and to make navigating it easier for you. Cookies enable us, for example, to adapt a website to your interests, or to save your password so that you do not have to enter it again on each visit.

Naturally, you can look at our website without cookies. If you do not want us to recognise your computer again, you can prevent storage of cookies on your computer by clicking “Do not accept cookies” in your browser settings. Please see the instructions from your browser provider for details of how to do this. However, if you do not accept cookies, this can impair the functions of our website.

You can prevent the installation of cookies with an appropriate setting of your Internet use program (browser). To do this, you have to switch cookie storage off in your Internet browser. For more details, please refer to the instructions for use for your Internet browser.

Collection and storage of usage data

To optimise our website we collect and store data such as, for example, the date and time the page was accessed, the page from which you accessed our website and similar, unless you object to the collection and storage of this data.

This is anonymised, without the page user being personally identified. Where necessary, user profiles are prepared by means of a pseudonym. Here too there is no link between the individual behind the pseudonym and the usage data that was collected. We also use cookies to collect and store the usage data.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and are used to store statistical information such as the operating system, your Internet use program (browser), IP address, the previously accessed website (referrer URL) and the time. We collect this data solely for statistical purposes, in order to further optimise our web presence and to make our internet offering even more attractive.

Collection and storage are carried out exclusively in an anonymised or pseudonymised form and do not permit any conclusions to be drawn about you as an individual.

Assigned data use

We observe the principle of assigned data use and collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes that you notified to us. Your personal data will not be passed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless this is necessary to provide the service or implement the contract. Transmission to state institutions and authorities that are entitled to information takes place solely in the framework of statutory duties to provide information, or if we are obliged by a decision of a court to provide information.

We also take internal data protection very seriously. Our employees and service companies that we commission are obliged by us to confidentiality and to compliance with the provisions of data protection law.

Right to information and right to revoke

You can receive information on your data that we have stored at any time free of charge and without giving reasons. You can have your data that we have collected blocked, corrected or deleted at any time, and can object to anonymised or pseudonymised data collection and storage for the purpose of optimising our website. You can also revoke your consent to data collection and use at any time without giving reasons. Please use the address in the legal information for this purpose. We are available at any time for further questions on our information on data protection and on processing your personal data.

Please note that data protection provisions and dealings with data protection, e.g. at Google, can change continuously. It is therefore advisable and necessary to obtain information continuously on changes to statutory provisions and the practices of companies, e.g. Google.
